Born 1970 in France.
David Braillon is passionate about freight trains. Unable to work for the railways - unlike the rest of his family - he projects his fascination in his graphic work. He designs locomotives and wagons in colour pencils, using a ruler on graph paper. Concerned with the right order of the freight cars, he spreads them horizontally, sometimes on a series of sheets that can reach several meters, and vertically, on three or four levels.
